Key FeaturesÂ
Engineered to code. The 38′ is a fully engineered structure designed to meet site-specific snow, wind, and rain load requirements. Multiple truss spacing options allow the structure to be configured to meet applicable building code. Stamped engineering documents are available for Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions.Â
No foundation required. One of the portable engineered truss structures that erects on any relatively level surface without a poured foundation. Baserail is included, and the structure can be anchored using screw anchors, concrete blocks, rig matting, or pony walls depending on site conditions.Â
Clear-span interior. No interior columns. The full 38-foot width is usable floor space, which matters when moving equipment, machinery, or vehicles in and out.Â
Relocatable. The 38′ can be dismantled and relocated when the project moves or the operation changes. It is a capital asset that travels with the business rather than staying with the land.Â
Extendable. If footprint requirements grow, the structure can be extended in length without replacing the building.Â
Can be insulated and heated. The 38′ supports full insulation and heating packages for year-round operation in cold climates.Â
Common ApplicationsÂ
Widely used as a temporary work site building across industries where covered space is needed quickly without a permanent footprint:Â
- Equipment storage and protectionÂ
- Vehicle maintenance and light mechanical work
- Parts, materials, and supply storage
- Covered workspace for construction and contracting operations
- Farm equipment storage
- Oil and gas site support structures
- Remote and fly-in/fly-out site deployments
